1. General Acknowledgments

1.1 I acknowledge that WORLDCONNECT Consultancy Services Inc. is not a recruitment agency.
1.2 I am fully aware of the course I intend to pursue, the country where I will study, the course duration, and the course commencement date.
1.3 I understand that the total fees payable to my chosen school amount to [insert amount].
1.4 I acknowledge that I am required to pay my health insurance amounting to approximately [insert amount] upon arrival in my country of choice.
1.5 I am aware of the requirements for student visa application submission to the [insert country] Embassy.
1.6 I confirm that I am applying for a Student Visa with the primary intention of studying.
1.7 I understand I am permitted to work only [duration of the country] while studying.
1.8 I am aware that maintaining at least [duration of attendance] is mandatory in my chosen course.

2. Financial Responsibilities

2.1 I understand that the processing fee paid to WORLDCONNECT does not include the following:

  • Plane ticket

  • Accommodation and airport pick-up

2.2 I acknowledge my responsibility to provide funds for:

  • One-year tuition fee of [amount]

  • One-year living costs as required by the country of destination

2.3 If I will have a financial sponsor for my maintenance fund, I confirm that the sponsor must be an eligible family member.

3. Refunds, Transfers, and Additional Benefits

3.1 I acknowledge that the processing fee paid to WORLDCONNECT is non-refundable but transferable.
3.2 I will receive free lifetime tourist visa assistance for my immediate family members (parents or siblings), provided that I remain compliant with all student visa obligations and complete the course.
3.3 I confirm that I have read and understood the Consultancy Agreement signed with WORLDCONNECT.

4. Changes in Policy and Requirements

4.1 I acknowledge that:

  • Embassy policies, tuition fees, and school requirements may change without prior notice.

  • WORLDCONNECT is not liable for such changes.

4.2 I have received a cost computation for [country].
4.3 I understand that courier and embassy fees are beyond WORLDCONNECT’s control and may change without notice.
4.4 I agree to pay the consultancy/processing fee directly to the official account of WORLDCONNECT.

5. Visa Application and Outcome

5.1 I understand that the approval of my student visa is at the sole discretion of the [country] Embassy.
5.2 Should I choose not to pursue my studies after visa approval, I understand that refund approval is solely at the discretion of the education provider.
5.3 I acknowledge that WORLDCONNECT does not guarantee employment or permanent residency in Malta.
5.4 I am aware that:

  • The risk rating of the Philippines may change (e.g., to Risk 3), which may impose additional requirements such as IELTS.

  • I agree to comply with any such changes and will not hold WORLDCONNECT liable.

5.5 I acknowledge that failure to pay school fees or complete the course may result in visa cancellation and reporting to Immigration by the school.

6. Additional Benefits

6.1 I understand that WORLDCONNECT offers free tourist visa assistance for my parents in the country of education, provided all terms are met.

7. Declarations

7.1 I declare that:

  • I have not overstayed in any country.

  • I have no previous visa refusal.

7.2 If I fail to register and enroll on time and opt to defer to a later intake, I will not hold WORLDCONNECT liable.
7.3 I confirm that I will study in a designated learning institution in [insert country] under:

  • ☐ With Temporary Residence Permit for Employment Purposes

  • ☐ Without Temporary Residence Permit for Employment Purposes

7.4 I confirm that I will submit only genuine documents. I understand that submission of fraudulent documents will result in legal action from WORLDCONNECT.
7.5 I will declare my marital status truthfully.
7.6 I am responsible for regularly checking my student portal to receive updates and communication from the school.
7.7 I authorize WORLDCONNECT and the [insert embassy] to verify the authenticity of all documents submitted.
7.8 I acknowledge that no tuition refund will be given by the school in case of visa refusal due to submission of false or fraudulent documents.
7.9 If my visa is refused due to false information, the processing fee becomes non-transferable and non-refundable.

8. Course Completion Clause

8.1 All benefits and services stated will be honored only if I complete the course as arranged by WORLDCONNECT.
8.2 If I choose to re-enroll with a new education provider, I agree to process the application through WORLDCONNECT.
